My fellow Americans,
President-Elect Barack Obama is not going to come after your children and sell them into slavery to pay for his Marxist-Leninist Soviet agenda. The man has more in common with Harold Washington than Eugene Debbs, and both Republicans and Democrats would do well to remember that. He is neither the Great Socialist Avenger, nor is he the Great Messianic Saviour of our time. He's just a guy. Probably a bit corrupt, probably a bit full of himself, certainly with a healthy ego. Let's face it: President Bush was too. We here at VioPac look forward to opposing the Obama administration on many things, but we're a little weirded out by all the DOOM and THE END IS NEAR signs some people are holding. You give him too much credit, and too little.
